Professor Liu Zonghui acts as director, also the famous three-dimensional directional and functional neurosurgery expert, commissioner of China Neurosurgery Academic Association and All military Neurosurgery Center, who has dozens of senior masters and doctors of neurosurgery as physician; Professor Tu Tongjin, honorary advisor of PLA Military Medicine Scientific Academy, Academician  Wang Zhongchen, also the president of Beijing Neurosurgery Research Institution and director of China Neurosurgery Academic Association; professor Duan Guosheng, neurosurgery of PLA 301 Hospital and professor Wang Weijin acts as technical advisor of Neurosurgery of Xiehe Hospital.

Since its debut in 1996, 2000 patients has been cured and gained favorable curative effect.
